Chroma Modern

The footprint of this building is small at 5,600 SF. The optical practice and frame shop is placed along Montgomery Street adjacent to the cultural district. The optical sales and waiting area as a space is set afront in a glass box that extents from the concrete form. Like a piece of art protected by an acrylic box, the sculptural interior is protected like an object in the glass box that surrounds it. It is a beacon to the visitors of the cultural district, inviting one in to what can be seen from the exterior as a compelling customer experience for eye care and fashion spectacles.
